MyKP Capsicum With Potato

1. INGREDIANTS
• Capsicum 250 gms
• Potato 1
• Spring onion, green removed 1 bunch
• Pepper, ground 1 tbsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
2. COOKING DIRECTIONS
1. Wash, boil, peel and cube potatoes.
2. Wash and slice capsicum.
3. Chop spring onion and keep aside.
4. Heat oil and butter in a wok and saute pepper.
5. Add capsicum and fry for two minutes.
6. Add turmeric powder and add potato.
7. Add salt and cook for five minutes in slow fire.
8. Add chopped spring onion and mix.
9. Cover and cook for two minutes.
10. Serve with chapattis.
